This luxury spacious villa is situated in the old fishing village of Morinj, in the heart of the Boka Kotorska (Bay of Kotor). The villa is accessed by a quiet road, and is only 100 meters (330 feet) away from the sea and beach. One parking spot is provided in the private driveway for guests.

The lower level of the villa offers an hacienda with a large open grill, perfect for summer afternoons. Property is surrounded by meticulously kept garden of 450 sq. meters (4840 sq. feet) with a private pool and deck with lounge chairs.

On the upper level there are two bedrooms: one master bedroom with king size bed and one singe bed bedroom with an additional single sofa bed, a living room overlooking the pool and garden, fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom and a spa with jacuzzi. The villa is known as a prime spot for couples and families wanting to enjoy their holiday in complete privacy.

Living room:	Main room has a pull out sofa bed (queen size) and an armchair, a coffee table, a TV with DVD player, satellite TV, audio surround system and a beautiful view of the garden and pool area.
Bedrooms:	Beautifully decorated master and single bedroom feature king size bed, single bed, large closets and desk for storage.
Spa/Bathroom:	Fine Italian granite and ceramic decorates bathroom/spa with Jacuzzi, great for relaxation after exhausting day on sun. Jacuzzi, bidet, sink with wall mounted heater. Small bathroom has separate WC with sink.
Kitchen:	Fully equipped kitchen with stove oven, ventilator, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, large working surface, and storage area for pots/plates, table with benches for 4/6 people, all necessary utensils, pots, plates and towels are provided. Check the fridge for a welcome present!

The villa's interior and exterior are designed to exceptional standards, creating a warm, inviting and comforting environment. The property surrounding the villa is truly relaxing; 450 square meter tropical garden surrounding the pool and its deck.

Large garden attractively decorated with host of palm trees and other tropical vegetation, provides ideal setting for romantic evenings by the pool. During day, same vegetation provides shade from scorching sun. Garden has koi pond with small fountain and bench. Pool offers sunbathing dock, tables, chairs, and additional benches can be brought in from hacienda. Hacienda has large grill with tables and benches. Pool area can be locked for added safety if travelling with small children. The villa has air-conditioning, its own electric and water supply, and whole property is secured behind gates.
